If you didn't know, I love to make art! It's been something I've been doing for a while and the Lord has been blessing it. :) I had to come up with a theme for my AP portfolio this year for 12 of the pieces and I thought...what could be better than making my theme God's word!? :)
So what I did was I would do a painting and put a verse on it that related to it, thankfully the Lord gave me ideas and help from my family so I have completed the 12 pieces! :).....now...... for the other 12.....hahaha :)
It's been such a blessing using my "ability" for God's glory, because if you think about it, art has no practical purpose, really, at all, it really only sits there to be aesthetically pleasing and to get dusty...haha, so using it to share the message of Christ to others through it gives it such great purpose because it's for him! that's awesome.....
Also, its not me creating anything because the Lord has created everything already, its just me visually representing what he does for me and for everyone. Jesus is the ultimate artist!!! :D
well.....here are some of them I hope you enjoy them...yeah :)
(Matthew 25:40)This is part of a painting I did of my sister Abby when she was a baby.

(John 1:14) This one I love because i was able to use tons of bible verses on it haha :)
There's a big canvas and a little canvas. The little canvas has a baby arm in the hay with old testament verses about Jesus' birth and coming on the arm. The big canvas has Jesus' arm on the cross with more OT verses about his death. Get it?......the word became flesh! :)

well thanks for reading this, I thought you guys would like to know maybe :)
have a blessed night friends ohhh! and tell me what you think :)
Wow, that's really cool that you are using it for God's Glory! All of them are really good, and I really like the last picture!
